The District Legal Services Authority (DLSA), Pune, is a statutory body functioning under the aegis of the Maharashtra State Legal Services Authority (MSLSA) to provide free legal aid and ensure justice for marginalized sections of society.
EKansh Trust is an NGO working from 2007 to empower PwD & a GoI empanelledAccess Auditor incessantly advocating for an Inclusive and equitable Society.
Over 15% of our population has one or more disability/ies. 21 disabilities are recognised by the Government of India. The UDID card ensures access to many government and municipal schemes. Our focus will be on different aspects of Human rights like access to built and virtual spaces, education, guardianship, employment, medical & legal aid, information, quality of life, dignity, etc.
Awareness about the RPwD Act is important for relevant laws to be upheld, applied and implemented efficiently.
